Mandy and  Chris Riley would like to welcome you to their beautiful 18th century mill by the side of the river Avon. Set in the beautiful village of Downton, close to the edge of the New Forest and with many interesting places to visit Waterside Mill is the ideal Bed and Breakfast  for all your country style holiday needs.

The Mill is within easy travelling distance of  Hampshire and  Dorset  as well as a short journey to the City of Salisbury with its famous cathedral, shops, cafes and restaurants plus theatres and museums. Also why not visit  Bournemouth, Poole, Winchester and Southampton.

The village itself offers a wonderful range of pubs and countryside activities like fishing, walking and cycling.
